Emergency Spill System

Our system is based on palletized units that provide both containment and absorption in the event of crude oil and other hydrocarbon spills. The system is easily stored, can fit in the back of a pickup truck for fast and easy deployment, and has an indefinite shelf life if stored away from direct exposure to the outside element. The system is cost effective, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly and will meet the demands of over 90% of most land and water spills.

A two pallet system contains the following items on two 48″x 48” pallets:

• Pallet 1 – booms – 5″ diameter x 10′ length, 5 booms per case, 12 cases per pallet. Total 60 booms per pallet x 10′ = 600′ of booms [191′ circumfrence circle]. The purpose of the booms is containment.
• Pallet 2 – 3 cubic foot bags – 40 per pallet. The purpose of the bagged absorbent is the absorption of the spilled hydrocarbon contained by the booms.
• Pallet 3 – may be added to the system containing 21″ x 21″ poly shell pillows to aid in the absorption process. There are 20 poly shell pillows per case and 12 cases per pallet for a total of 240 pillows per pallet.

The core base of our system is our eco quik-sorb absorbent, which is unique, highly absorbent, environmentally friendly, and cost effective.
